The Appraisal Assistant's wholesale and retail numbers are estimates that are generated from the pricing guides you subscribe to. Each estimate provides you with a value for the vehicle at wholesale and retail, as well as, a range of values from comps.

Additionally, the Appraisal Assistant will call out issues from your linked Vehicle History provider, quickly calculate the spread between wholesale and retail, inform you of mileage compared to similar vehicles and let you know the current days on lot.
